Step 1:
We put yeast in milk and add a teaspoon of granulated sugar to them. Let it brew for about 15 minutes. Now mix vanilla and plain sugar, salt and flour. Add milk with yeast, yolks and softened butter. Knead everything together with a mixer for 15 minutes. Let's leave it for 1-1.5 hours to approach (you need the dough to increase 2 times in volume).
Step 2:
Now divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll out. From the rolled dough we cut out circles (10 cm in diameter). We put 3 pieces of dough together overlapping. Tightly rolled into a tube. Now cut the tubes into 2 parts in the middle.
Step 3:
The resulting flowers are made into a baking dish. Leave for 45 minutes so that the dough still fits.
Step 4:
Then bake in the oven (at 180 degrees).
Step 5:
Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
