Quite recently, a wonderful cake-pie recipe appeared in my piggy bank! For those who can't give up baking and sweets in the post, I think it's a great way out of the situation! So let's get started:
Mix half of the flour, tea, sugar, banana, butter, honey in a blender until smooth. Mix the remaining half of the flour with soda and salt. And add to the mixture in a blender.
Mix everything well! Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, lubricate the mold with oil-fill it with the resulting mixture and put it in the oven for 40 minutes!
In the meantime, we make a healthy and delicious filling :) Steam dried apricots (if required). Peel the orange peel on a fine grater (by the way, you can add it to the dough if desired), peel each slice from the film. Boil dried apricots until soft. After that, put the orange and dried apricots in a blender and chop everything.
By the way, I cut the last one and added a little vanilla-the aroma of the house was incomparable!
& nbsp; The resulting pie is cut into two cakes and smeared with filling, the top is also with this filling-you can decorate if you wish :)
