Step-by-step cooking
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Roll out the dough according to the size of the shape with the sides, prick with a fork.
Put a cut sheet of baking paper on the dough.
Pour beans or peas on a leaf.
Put the molds under the corners of the dough.
Grease the dough with beaten egg.
Put the form with the dough in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
As soon as the sides are browned and rise, get the form.
Bacon cut into strips and lightly fry.
Cut onions into half rings, add to the brisket.
Peel the apples, cut into slices and put out together with the brisket and onion for 15 minutes. Cool it down.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of the pie.
Put the filling on top.
Beat sour cream with eggs, add cinnamon, nutmeg, herbs. Mix the filling with cheese, leaving a small part. Pour the pie.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
Serve warm.
