Making cheese cookies is quick and easy.
Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm wide layer, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper on top (you can use paprika, you can use cumin, who likes it).
Fold it in half and roll it out again to 0.5 cm. Then roll up 4 times and roll out again to 0.5 cm.
Cut the dough into thin strips, roll into spirals. Put baking paper on a baking sheet, lightly lubricate with vegetable oil, lay the spirals (you can lubricate with yolk, I did not). Bake at a temperature of 220gr. 10-15min.
I decided to show imagination, because the dough was divided into 2 layers. So I cut out triangles from 2 layers and made holes in them with a wide tube. Cheese cookies turned out!
