Step-by-step cooking
Preparing the dough for pancakes.
Beat the egg with sugar, add salt, pour in warm milk. And whisk further until a fluffy foam forms.
Pour in the sifted flour and stir everything.
Beat the dough until it becomes homogeneous. It will be as thick as liquid sour cream.
Pour in vegetable oil and whisk again.
Quench the soda in vinegar and put it in the dough. Whisk again. Let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes.
Bake pancakes, as usual, on both sides. Let the pancakes cool down.
Preparing the filling.
Cottage cheese is rubbed with butter. We put powdered sugar and vanilla here. Mix everything.
Wash and dry the strawberries, cut them into four pieces and add to the cottage cheese.
Preparing the filling.
Beat eggs and vanilla with powdered sugar. Add milk, sour cream, and whisk again.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and prepare such a "bed" for pancakes.
We line the bottom and sides of the mold with pancakes, and leave their edges hanging down. It took me 4 pancakes.
Now lubricate the other pancakes with stuffing and roll them into a tube.
Put the resulting tubes into the mold.
Fill everything with fill. Cover the pancake casserole with the edges of pancakes and another pancake.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare honeysuckle sauce.
We put honeysuckle berries with sugar in a frying pan, add water and put it on the stove.
Starch is diluted in a small amount of water. When the sugar dissolves and the honeysuckle gives juice, then add a little of them and add starch. Stir it all the time.
The sauce starts to thicken, so it's ready.
