Cooking method
This cooking recipe has become one of my favorites. Cooking it for quite a long time, however, believe me, the result is very much worth it. In our house, such a cake is eaten literally in one day. The delicate yogurt cake is perfect for holidays and birthdays.
Mix sugar with flour. We take the cooled butter, cut into cubes and start chopping it together with flour. When you get a crumb, we drive an egg into this crumb and knead the dough. Wrap the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After rolling it out according to the shape we need (round or square) and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Preparing the cream. We put gelatin to soak in cold water. Thoroughly wash the grapes, and then cut each berry in half. We build a water bath, mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla in a saucepan. Stir and continue to heat for three minutes. After whipping with a whisk and introducing gelatin. We leave it to cool down. Then add yogurt to the cream, whisk and put in the refrigerator. Separately, whisk the proteins into a strong foam. Add halves of grapes and proteins to the frozen cream. Mix well. I painted over the cream with carrot juice.
We put the cake in a mold, spread the yogurt cream on top, level it and cool it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, we take the cake out of the mold, whisk the cream and decorate the delicacy to your liking.
