Step-by-step cooking
First we washed and dried the pre-processed chicken, cut into portions, salted and peppered it. Then they greased the oven tray with oil and spread out portions of chicken on it, transferring raisins previously soaked in water, carrot slices and chopped canned pineapples. In a small saucepan, we prepared a mixture of mineral water, dried onion, juice from a jar of pineapples, soy sauce and ketchup with honey. All this mixture was salted and peppered and filled with chicken. Preheated the oven and put the chicken to bake for 35 minutes. As the chicken meat released juice, one of us would pour it over the food. Each of us got a piece of chicken, poured with an amazing sauce. From the heat - from the heat, right out of the oven. Interested visitors of the exhibition could also taste food and write down a culinary recipe. The chef poured a generous portion of steaming crumbly rice into each plate. So we were not only treated to a free lunch, but also learned how to cook amazing delicious food.
