All of you lovely housewives know the situation when you come home in the evening and need to quickly cook dinner for the whole family. I suggest you cook chicken legs for your household according to a new culinary recipe, which I call "hams in a festive way". Take raw chicken legs, wash them in running water, dry them with a paper towel. I just mix mayonnaise with homemade adjika of my own preparation in a ratio of 1:1. You can also use store-bought adjika, somehow I just used ketchup. (Although I am a supporter of healthy eating – like I know what I eat). With this mixture, I carefully coat each ham separately. I let them soak. As a rule, I plan in advance what I will feed my family, so I pickle the hams, so to speak, in advance - in the evening or in the morning. After lying in such a "sauce", chicken meat turns out to be very fragrant and unusually tender. In the evening, after work, you just have to put the marinated chicken legs in the oven for 40 minutes. In the process of baking, chicken legs, thanks to the "mayonnaise-adjic" sauce, acquire a golden crust. In 40 minutes that the hams are baked, you just have to come up with a side dish.
