This julien from champignons of French cuisine can be prepared from both fresh mushrooms and canned ones. Personally, I consider this culinary recipe to be the simplest and easiest to perform. Non-meat eaters will be satisfied, because there is no chicken, sausage products, or any meat in the dish.
Peel and wash the champignons, then cut them into thin slices. Put the preheated butter in a frying pan and fry until tender. Separately, also fry the flour in butter, stirring thoroughly so that lumps do not form. Now mix the flour into the mushrooms and mix well. We put the mushroom mixture in the cocotnice, pour the prepared sauce on top, sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater and put it to bake until fully cooked in the oven.
Sauce preparation: to make the food fresher, it is recommended to add lemon juice to the sauce. Half a lemon is enough. Mix sour cream with salt and pepper, dilute with lemon juice.
