Step-by-step cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Ripe bananas are cleaned, cut lengthwise and cut into semicircles not very thin. Spread on a greased sheet or in a cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top, and pour melted butter over it. Bake for twenty to thirty minutes, stirring gently with a wooden spoon every ten minutes. Until the bananas are slightly browned and soft, and the sugar turns into a viscous mass. We take it out of the oven, cool it slightly and put it in cremans or serving plates. Pour sour cream on top. We serve it on the table warm.
Variations are also possible for this recipe. For example, bananas can be mixed with frozen blueberries, and sour cream can be replaced with yogurt with blueberry or banana flavor. Or you can serve it with ice cream.
