He and she are the first date, the first kiss, the first declaration of love, meeting their parents and a crazy thought: "Why don't we get married?" And here it is – a grand celebration, the only one (not for everyone) and unique (for everyone). Tables bend under the weight of food, all possible recipes are used to surprise guests and the culmination is a multi–tiered cake. The finished cake is not so bad, but if someone undertakes to bake such a miracle for the young at home, you can use this cake recipe for a wedding.
The cake will consist of several layers. We prepare two types of dough. The first option is meringue. Egg whites with granulated sugar are whipped into a very stable foam. Preheat the frying pan and bake small crumpets on low heat for 10 minutes.
Option two: in a steam bath, whisk the mixed granulated sugar, vodka, eggs, liquid honey and baking powder (the usual baking powder, but remember the name – it will come in handy). Add chopped nuts and wheat flour to the dissolved mass. From the resulting dough, we bake two cakes of different diameters.
Layer the cake with cream: whipped condensed milk with butter. The second cream is custard. Sugar and flour are mixed with milk and brewed over low heat. Let's cool the mass and beat it with softened butter.
We connect the parts: A large cake of sponge dough is smeared with condensed milk cream, we spread a meringue cake of a smaller diameter, custard, sponge cake, condensed milk, meringue. We process the whole cake with custard, decorate the crown with figures of the bride and groom (sold in stores), white chocolate, pieces of fruit.
