Step-by-step cooking
Everyone is used to the fact that if a charlotte, then it must be with apples. And why? After all, there are so many fruits besides apples. And so in the book of the grocery store "About pies" I found a recipe for charlotte with peaches. Cook charlotte very quickly, but it turns out very tasty.
So, beat the eggs into a thick foam, gently add granulated sugar, then add sour cream and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Mix the baking powder with flour, sift and add to the egg mixture. Now we get rid of the lumps and leave the dough to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
The next stage is the preparation of the filling. If you have fresh peaches, then lower them into boiling water for 30 seconds, and then immediately into ice, remove the skin and cut into medium-sized slices. I took canned peaches, so I dispensed with the "scalding" process. Kiwi is cleaned and cut into small cubes.
The last stage of cooking this food is to lubricate the mold with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the fruit and pour the dough evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven to 200C for 45 minutes. Serve cold.
