Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The prepared baking sheet is covered with oiled parchment paper so that its edges protrude from all sides by about 5 cm. Sprinkle the parchment with granulated sugar. Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice out of it. Then beat the eggs with a mixer (at low speed), gradually adding sugar, juice and orange zest. Carefully introduce the starch and baking powder of the dough. Corn starch can be replaced with potato starch. Pour the batter on the prepared baking sheet and send it to the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Make sure that the dough is evenly distributed on the sheet and do not open the oven door during baking. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and quickly sprinkle the layer with ground cinnamon. Let it cool down a little and carefully wrap it in a roll together with parchment. In this form, we leave it to cool to room temperature. Next, unwrap the roll and apply orange jam evenly on its surface. Using a wide knife, we twist the roll again and cut off its ends. The finished roll is sent to the refrigerator for an hour. Before serving, sprinkle the orange roll with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
