Cooking method
Another original cooking recipe. It seems that in this cake they are trying to combine incompatible products - a plebeian carrot and a royal pineapple. But exotic food is just interesting because it gives us an unfamiliar taste.
Mix flour with soda and salt until smooth. Mix salad oil and sugar with a mixer in a large bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add half the amount of flour mixture and mix well. Carrots are grated on a fine grater or passed through a meat grinder. If we have large pieces of pineapples, then we also cut them very finely. Mix carrots and pineapples, add vanilla, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Mix everything thoroughly, pour into the dough, and add the remaining flour alternately with the eggs. Beat each egg together with the dough.
Pour the finished dough into a greased mold. And bake for 60-70 minutes until fully cooked.
