Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Set of products. Instead of parmesan, you can take any hard cheese, but it tastes best with it.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes if necessary, put them in salted boiling water and cook over moderate heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3:
While the potatoes are cooking, make a spread. Three cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press.
Step 4:
Mix cheese and garlic with softened butter, chopped parsley and spices.
Step 5:
Add sour cream, mix. We adjust the salt. Because parmesan is salty enough, it is necessary to add salt carefully.
Step 6:
The potatoes are cooked. We cool it to a warm state.
Step 7:
Cut in half, spread on a baking sheet. We distribute the fragrant mixture on top of each half.
Step 8:
Place the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 250 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Served with vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
