Cooking method
First we do the passivation of vegetables. In olive oil, we pass chopped champignons and carrots with onions. Add sour cream and tomato sauce there.
We put our vegetable mixture in a pot and do meatballs. I fry them a little. For those who take care of the figure and do not like fried, this is not a mandatory process. We put our meatballs on the vegetable mixture.
Fill all this with vegetable broth so that the meatballs are covered, but also slightly visible. We throw in all your favorite seasonings. I always have: ground coriander, peppercorns. Bay leaf, I throw at the end, 5 minutes before readiness. We put it in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees, for 30 minutes. We will devote this time to the preparation of mashed potatoes (it seems to me ideal, but you can replace it with another side dish).
We take out the pot and call everyone to the table))
