Cooking method
It's better to do the filling first - it will have to cool down.
Chop cabbage and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil under a closed lid for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped onion, mix. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage, mix. Reduce the heat, simmer the filling until ready. Then add salt and pepper. You can even add a little tomato paste, you can also add some spices.
Boil the milk and cool it until warm. Pour dry yeast into a jar, add sugar and 250 ml of warm milk. Add tsp flour, mix and put to rise in a warm place under a napkin. 20 minutes, and the sponge will be ready, foam should appear on it.
Separately beat the egg, vanilla sugar, salt. Add butter to the warm milk, let it melt there. Mix eggs and milk, pour in the sourdough, mix. Gradually pour in the sifted flour and knead the soft dough. Form balls from the dough, roll out each one, fill with filling, make a pie. Put the pies on a baking sheet, grease with yolk.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180C oven and bake until ready (the time depends on the oven, I have 40 minutes).
