Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary products. I cooked without cheese. I didn't have any semolina and I took bulgur.
Step 2:
First we make the dough for squash pancakes. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Add eggs, mix.
Step 4:
Put a spoonful of sour cream, four spoons of semolina, salt, spices, herbs, garlic. Mix it up. Then add flour until we get a thick dough, like pancakes. We let him stand so that the cereal swells for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Now the most difficult thing is to fry zucchini pancakes. This requires a pancake pan with a small diameter. Preheat the pan, pour a little oil, put a scoop of dough and distribute it over the pan with a spatula. Fry on moderate heat for a few minutes so that the dough grabs and browns.
Step 6:
Gently flip to the other side and fry a little less. If you bake it hard, then the pancake will not curdle later. In this way, we fry six pancakes. We set them aside to cool down.
Step 7:
Chicken fillet is passed through a meat grinder along with half an onion, salted, peppered and mixed well.
Step 8:
Chop the second half of the onion and pepper and add a small amount of oil until soft.
Step 9:
Now we make rolls. On the side that is more fried, put the minced meat, distribute it in a thin layer; put onion-pepper mixture on top; wrap.
Step 10:
We put the prepared rolls in a baking dish.
Step 11:
Lubricate with a thick layer of sour cream and put in a hot oven (190 degrees) for forty minutes.
Step 12:
If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top or add it to sour cream. I didn't do it, and it turned out so delicious!
Step 13:
Bon appetit!
