Step 1:
For pizza, the dough will be made on the basis of zucchini, semolina, a little flour and an egg will also go into the dough. Salt to taste. The filling will traditionally include sausage, grated cheese, as well as fried onions and dried tomatoes, all this will be seasoned with Mayonnaise sauce.
Step 2:
Peel the squash and pass it through a meat grinder. You can grate it or use a blender. The main thing is to turn the squash into mashed potatoes.
Step 3:
Pour semolina into the puree, mix, and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell.
Step 4:
When the semolina is slightly swollen, break the egg and mix. Do not forget to add salt.
Step 5:
And to make the dough more sticky and thick, we mix the flour in parts. Mix everything thoroughly and set the dough aside, while the filling is being prepared.
Step 6:
Doing the stuffing. Chop the onion.
Step 7:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat and fry the onion with spices, take spices to taste. I really love turmeric and coriander, and I added them.
Step 8:
Cheese three through a large grater, sausage cut into small pieces.
Step 9:
The pizza mold must be well greased with vegetable oil and put the zucchini dough.
Step 10:
Lay out the fried onion.
Step 11:
Add sausage to onion.
Step 12:
At the end, put tomatoes, cheese and season with mayonnaise.
Step 13:
Put the zucchini pizza in the oven heated to 200 degrees. Do not rush to pull it out. It takes 50-60 minutes to cook pizza in the oven.
Step 14:
Take out the diet dish, cool it. You can try to carefully remove it from the mold, but it is better to cut it into pieces immediately and put it on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 15:
