Cooking method
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, pour in the milk and heat it, but do not let it boil. Add yeast (milk should be warm), mix. Then add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and reshape.
Add flour in small portions and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Lubricate the pan from the inside with vegetable oil, cover with a napkin and let it stand for 2 hours in the heat.
Spread the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, divide into pieces, roll them into balls, squeeze out the cake, put the filling in the center. We protect the edges of the pies, spread them on a greased baking sheet, seam down. Let it brew for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the pies for 20 minutes. Let it cool, and only then serve. Enjoy your meal!
