Step-by-step cooking
Allow me to present to your attention a wonderful culinary recipe that I found it in a paper women's magazine.
We wash the apples and peel them off. Then cut into small strips or cubes. Pour half a cup of water into a small saucepan, pour a tablespoon of granulated sugar and boil. As soon as the water boils, we immediately lower the sliced apples into it. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for three minutes on high heat. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and rub them with sugar (1 tbsp.l.) to get a beautiful white homogeneous mixture. Pour the chopped almonds here, rub the lemon zest, squeeze out the lemon juice, add flour. Mix everything well and last of all put the whipped whites to a stable foam (whipped with powdered sugar). We take a convenient form with high walls, spread stewed apples on the oiled bottom of it and pour sweet egg mass. Our oven should already be warmed up to 170 degrees (or up to two hundred, depending on how your oven roasts). Our food should spend at least ten minutes in it. On top of the apple casserole will be covered with a beautiful crust.
