Step-by-step cooking
First, we beat the eggs with a mixer together with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, melted butter and kefir (add everything gradually, in turn). Then add soda and well-sifted flour (to make the cake airy), mix well. Peel the apples and cut into slices.
We coat the round shape with oil, pour out exactly half of the dough, spread the peeled apples beautifully on top, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Now fill in the second part of the dough and carefully level the entire surface. Bake in a heated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about forty minutes.
When the pie is ready, take it out, cool it, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
