Cooking method
Pre-defrost puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4mm. Lay out layers of cheese, ham, sprinkle with herbs. We roll it into a roll, we try to make it tight enough.
Then cut into pieces. We got 9 rolls.
Spread on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
