Cooking method
To prepare the dough for cakes, beat sugar, kefir and eggs with a mixer. Add baking powder and sifted flour, mix everything until smooth. Grease the baking dish with butter, pour half of the dough into it and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes, so bake 2 cakes, let the cakes cool. To prepare the cream, whisk sour cream with sugar until the sugar dissolves. The finished cream is sent to the refrigerator for half an hour. The cooled cakes are well smeared with cream, we also lubricate the top and sides well with cream. On top, if desired, decorate with chocolate, coconut chips or fresh fruit and leave the cake to soak for 2 hours.
