Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. First you need to prepare a pizza base. This is a rather unusual process, since the base does not contain flour, and consequently it is not necessary to knead the dough. So:

- we put sprouted mash and oat flakes in the blender bowl;

- my green chili pepper, remove the seeds, cut into several parts;

- peel ginger, cut into small cubes, send it to the blender bowl along with chili pepper;

- garlic is cleaned, sent to the rest of the ingredients;

- spinach is washed under running water, dried with paper towels;

- my tomato, cut into quarters, put in a blender bowl with spinach;

- pour a little coconut milk (can be replaced with water), add coconut oil, salt and garam masala;

- grind all the ingredients at the highest power into a homogeneous mass.

- we spread the resulting mass into a heat-resistant mold, level it with an even layer;

- send the mold to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 7-8 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling. Peel the red onion, cut into half rings. Wash the tomato, dry it. Cut it in half, and then cut into thin slices. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds and partitions, thoroughly washed under running water. Then cut the pepper into strips.

3. We take the mold with the base out of the oven, put onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers on it. Salt and pepper. Season with garam masala. The edges are lightly sprinkled with water so that they are not excessively hard. Return the pizza to the oven, continue baking for 20 minutes.

4. Let the dish cool down a little. Meanwhile, my cilantro, dry with paper towels. Cut it finely and sprinkle the pizza.

Everything, you can try!

It turned out very tasty!
