Cooking method
1. For the filling, chop the greens, crumble the feta, add salt, pepper, mix everything;
2. Roll out the dough about 15x50 cm long;
3. Grease the dough with oil, except the edges;
4. Lay the dough on a towel;
5. Spread the filling evenly on the dough;
6. Using a towel, twist the dough with the filling into a tight roll, fasten the edges, wrap the roll in a spiral;
7. Lubricate the zelyanitsa with beaten egg;
8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
