Cottage cheese must be ground through a sieve or simply thoroughly crushed with a fork. Then add all the ingredients to the total mass:eggs, sugar, raisins (it is better to pre-soak with water for 30-40 min.), vanilla sugar. We wash the semolina and add it to the total mass as well. Mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Then we prepare the baking dish. You can take a detachable one, you can use heat-resistant glass. The bottom of the form is covered with parchment so that the casserole does not leak out when it is filled. This way it will be more convenient to take it out of the mold. After that , pour the finished mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes .
