Step-by-step cooking
Everything is done easily and simply. First, we send a saucepan with water to the fire, in which we will cook potatoes. While the water is boiling, we wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices and send them to cook for 3 to 5 minutes. During cooking, the potatoes should be seasoned with salt.
For the sauce, take mustard, add finely chopped garlic, vegetable oil, pepper and dried herbs to it (I take dill and chopped bay leaf). Drain the water from the potatoes and cool for 5 minutes, add our sauce and mix everything well.
We send the potatoes to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 200 C until golden brown (20 minutes). Our potatoes are ready, you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
