Step-by-step cooking
The cooking recipe is incredibly simple and does not require any special skills.
Potatoes with milk are surprisingly tender and suitable as a side dish for almost any dish, be it vegetables, fish or meat.
Washed and peeled potatoes are cut into circles about 4 millimeters thick.
Garlic is peeled and crushed, and then fried in butter, and taking it out of the pan, pour milk into it.
Put nutmeg, cloves, pepper and salt in the milk, and then bring it to a boil.
Grease the baking dish with oil, spread the potato slices and pour the resulting milk mixture.
Bake the total mass in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, for about an hour and a half.
A few minutes before cooking, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese.
The table is served hot.
