To start, tomatoes need to be covered with boiling water, peel and cut into cubes.
Finely chop onion and garlic.
Next, in a frying pan with heated sunflower oil (you can, of course, with olive oil - whichever you like), fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add tomatoes to it and then cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.
Grate about 150 g of cheese on a grater, add to the cooled tomato mass, add garlic and nutmeg there (this is for an amateur).
Wash the pollock fillet, dry it, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put the tomato filling on the fish, wrap it in rolls, fix it with wooden toothpicks.
Preheat the oven to about 190C.
Grease the baking dish with oil, put the rolls on it.
And then the last touch remained - we rub the remaining cheese on a grater, smear it with egg and cream and coat our rolls with the resulting mixture.
Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes.
Separately boil the rice for garnish.
