5. For mashed potatoes, cook potatoes. Three melted cheese. Drain all the water from the potatoes, grind and immediately add grated cheese and melted butter, mix everything, pour in hot milk and mix everything well again.
6. Do not take the jar out of the oven immediately, let it cool down. Serve with potatoes, sprinkled with any greens.
