One of the best recipes for cottage cheese casserole! The casserole turns out to be very tender and delicious!
The main product for casserole is cottage cheese. You can also take the curd mass, if you are sure of its quality. It turns out very well too!
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Peel the pears and cut into thin slices. For 400 gr. cottage cheese, take 2 tbsp.l. semolina, 2 tbsp.l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. softened butter and 2 yolks, mix everything well. Add the grated lemon zest, vanilla, baking powder and mix everything again. The zest gives not only taste, but also aroma. Separately, beat the protein of two eggs and carefully introduce it into the curd mass. Prepare a round high form, glass, grease it with oil and lightly sprinkle the bottom and walls of the mold with flour. Put half of the curd mass into a mold, cover it with a layer of pear slices, sprinkle with cinnamon, and then cover with the remaining mass. Decorate the top of the casserole with the remaining slices and smear a little egg yolk. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. You do not need to open the oven often during baking, open it for the first time after 15 minutes. Bananas or apples are very well suited as a filling!
