So, soak gelatin in a small amount of water. Let it swell and heat until dissolved (but do not boil).
Crush the cracker to crumbs with a rolling pin. Pour sugar / powder into it. Then mix the gelatin with a cracker and sour cream. And stir it well
.
Wash-peel-cut the fruit into small slices, and peel the cherries. We will pour fruit into the sour cream-cracker mixture, add chocolate with nuts here, and mix again. Then we put the cake in the refrigerator.
And after a few hours – the cake is ready! A light but hearty dessert is ready!
