Getting started: our onion pie. The cooled butter is chopped with flour, then we mix sour cream and make the dough. We roll it out into a layer of the desired thickness, put it in a basket shape, cut off the excess. We put the form with the dough in the refrigerator for one hour. At this time, we cut the onion into thin half rings and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Beat the eggs with a whisk, put sour cream and grated cheese. We take out the form, fill it with onions, pour eggs with sour cream on top. All that's left is to send the pie to the preheated oven at 180C for about half an hour.
