Step-by-step cooking
I love delicious and unusual food. This culinary recipe is just from the delicious section. Sour cream cupcake differs from the usual butter with a more delicate consistency. In addition, the mixing of two parts of the dough – light and brown - looks very unusual. Beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Then add sour cream and vegetable oil and continue to beat. Gradually add flour mixed with soda. Then we separate half of the dough and mix cocoa powder into it. In the second half, add the cherries. We prepare the mold – lubricate it with butter and sprinkle with semolina. We put in one half of the form, the light part of the dough, in the second dark. You can spread the dough in layers, but without mixing. The cupcake is baked for 45 minutes in a heated oven. We check the readiness with a long and thin wooden stick. Place the hot mold on a cold, damp towel. When the cake cools down slightly, we take it out and decorate it if desired.
