Step 1:
Ingredients. If you don't like alcohol, then you don't need to add cognac. For flavor, you can optionally add orange or lemon zest.
Step 2:
Beat soft butter with sugar.
Step 3:
In a separate container, mix eggs, brandy and vanilla tincture, mix.
Step 4:
Add the egg mixture in small portions to the butter, beating well each time. The mass should turn out to be very tender, creamy.
Step 5:
We chop the peeled nuts (it is not necessary to peel).
Step 6:
The dried fruit mixture is thoroughly washed and dried from excess moisture.
Step 7:
Sift flour with baking powder and add to the butter-egg mixture.
Step 8:
At the very end, we introduce nuts and dried fruits into the dough. Mix it up.
Step 9:
Put the dough in the prepared form. The shape should be small in diameter, I have 20 cm. If there is no small form, then bake in a form for portion cupcakes.
Step 10:
Bake the cupcake at 160 C for about 50 minutes, check the readiness with a skewer. Let the finished cupcake cool down and preferably infuse, it becomes tastier the next day.
