Simple charlotte with strawberries in vegetable oil

Cooking method
Wash the strawberries, let the water drain, dry, remove the tails. Cut into halves or quarters.
Mix flour and baking powder. Separately beat the eggs with sugar (mixer). Add a pinch of salt at the end. Beat until the mass increases in volume. In a thin trickle, continuing to beat, pour in the plant.oil.
Add flour to the egg mass, stirring so that there are no lumps.
Pour half of the dough into a greased form with butter. Put strawberries on top. Leave some of the berries for the top. And pour the second part of the dough. Put the strawberries cut into plates on top of the dough.
Preheat the oven in advance to 200C. And bake strawberry charlotte for 30 minutes.
