Ham in a pot with potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes

Chicken is light and low-calorie, especially in combination with vegetables! Any chicken, whether baked, grilled or stewed, is always delicious. Of course, my cooking recipe will not be an exception. I want to offer hams together with mushrooms and vegetables in pots. Such food can be served even to guests. It looks delicious.

From the very beginning I fry mushrooms. You can have champignons or cherries, there is not much difference. It will be even tastier with chanterelles or honey mushrooms. Then I add onions here. I'm putting all this in pots. There will be approximately five or six of them for this number that I indicated.
Then I do the same with the hams. Only I dip them in flour first, only then fry them.
Here we have meat with mushrooms in a bowl. I put potatoes and tomatoes cut into four pieces on top, salt, pepper and sprinkle with parsley. But whatever is burnt, you need to add chicken broth. If it is not there, nothing terrible will happen if you add water. I cover it with a lid and put it in the oven for an hour. You may ask why I specified starch in the ingredients. You will need it at the very end. It needs to be diluted with water and poured into our food, then put on the fire for a few more minutes. It's that simple.
