Step 1:
How to make a salad with crab sticks without eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash tomatoes and greens well and dry them with paper towels. You can choose any of the hard or semi-hard cheeses. When buying crab sticks, pay attention to the manufacturer, composition and date of manufacture.
Step 2:
Before slicing, you can defrost the crab sticks to the end - you won't have to grate them. Cut the crab sticks into circles.
Step 3:
Cut the tomatoes in half. And remove the cores from them along with the seeds. If the tomatoes are fleshy, with a small juice content, then you can leave the core.

Cut the remaining tomato pulp into cubes and drain the juice released during slicing.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6:
Chop the greens finely.
Step 7:
Combine chopped crab sticks, tomatoes, grated cheese, herbs and garlic passed through a press in a salad bowl.
Step 8:
Fill the sliced products with mayonnaise. Mix it up.
Step 9:
Take a wide and flat plate. Install a salad ring on it. Put the salad in a portion cooking ring. Tamp it down.
Step 10:
Remove the ring and put the salad in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Do the same with the remaining salad. That is, form separate neat portions from it. You can also serve salad crab sticks tomatoes cheese garlic just in a common salad bowl.
I sprinkled the finished salad with grated parmesan and garnished with parsley. Salad of crab sticks, tomatoes, cheese, garlic can be laid in layers, or you can mix it, put it in a cooking ring, seal it well and remove the ring. This salad will look more interesting and appetizing. Another option is to lay layers in a cooking ring.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
How to buy crab sticks correctly? Be sure to pay attention to the expiration date of the product. Surimi meat (minced white fish) should appear in the list of ingredients in the first place. Important! Do not buy the product if there is frost on it. This is a sign of repeated freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, elastic and slightly moist. If the product is sticky, it means it is spoiled.
