Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a salad with smoked breast, corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs in boiling water in advance for 7-8 minutes. During this time, they will have time to cook. Drain the hot water from the eggs, fill them with cold water and leave to cool. For salad dressing, we will use sour cream with mustard, but if desired, you can replace them with mayonnaise or leave only sour cream.
Step 2:
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Peel the boiled eggs from the shell.
Step 3:
Salad can be prepared immediately in a salad bowl, mixing all the ingredients or lay out in layers. I cook in layers. To do this, put the serving ring on a plate and put the sliced chicken meat in the first layer. Press it down a little so that the layer is more dense. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard. This layer and all subsequent ones are smeared with prepared dressing.
Step 4:
Cucumber, also cut into small cubes. Place the sliced cucumber in the next layer on top of the chicken.
Step 5:
Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater and transfer them into a ring, forming the next layer of salad.
Step 6:
The last layer will be canned corn. Drain all the liquid from the jar and put the corn on top of the salad. Carefully remove the serving ring. Before serving, let the salad cool slightly in the refrigerator. Serve the finished salad to the table, garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
How to buy canned corn correctly? Be sure to check the expiration date on the jar. If the container is glass, carefully consider the grains. They should be the same size and color, solid and spotless. The composition should not contain dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Prepare salads only from fully chilled foods. Cooked from warm, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
