Zucchini baked in sour cream in a slow cooker

Step 1:
These are the products we will need. You can take your favorite spices.
Step 2:
Cut the zucchini into 5-7 mm thick circles.
Step 3:
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker. We spread the zucchini in layers. Each layer is salted, sprinkled with spices and smeared with sour cream. There should be no more than three layers.
Step 4:
Turn on the Baking mode (30 minutes by default) and cook for 15 minutes WITH the STEAM VALVE REMOVED. After that, we carefully turn the zucchini, put the valve in place and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Spread on a platter, sprinkle with chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
