Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix soda and honey. We put them on a small fire and heat them, stirring, until the mixture darkens to the color of caramel and becomes larger in volume.
Step 2:
Whisk vanilla, plain sugar and eggs and mix with honey mixture. Add flour. Knead the dough. We select the "Baking" function in the multivark program and bake our future cake for about 1 hour.
Step 3:
After the cake is baked, cut it into 4 parts. We smear each part with cream.
Step 4:
You can decorate the cake by sprinkling it with chocolate.
The cream is prepared like this: Boil the milk, cool it. Beat eggs with sugar separately, add flour at the end and beat white again. Add vanilla sugar.
Add the egg mixture to the warm milk carefully, stirring constantly. And put the cream on the stove on a low heat. Constantly stir it - the cream should boil, become thick. Immediately turn off the fire and immediately coat the cakes, then they will be soaked better. Each cake will take 3 tablespoons of cream.
