Homemade yogurt in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. Pour 2 liters of milk into the bowl of the slow cooker (we leave a little milk for the fermentation of the starter)
2. We dilute the starter culture (I took Evitalia) with a small amount of milk (I pour it several times directly into the bottle with the starter culture and pour it into the slow cooker)
3. Mix the milk in the bowl of the slow cooker well
4. Further depends on your multivark model:
-if there is a "Yogurt" mode, then turn it on for 6 hours
-if a slow cooker with a multi-cooker (the ability to set the temperature), then set 40C for 6 hours (I cook this way)
- if there is no "Yogurt" or "Multi-cooker", then just put the slow cooker on the heating mode for 1 hour, then do not open it and leave it off for 8 hours
5. After the end of cooking, open the lid of the slow cooker, pour the resulting yogurt into jars (I use 200L jars of baby food, 10 pieces are needed), close the lids and put in the refrigerator, after 3-4 hours you can consume :))
One jar of yogurt can be left as a starter for the next batch of yogurt, just again for 2 liters of milk and so on up to 3 times, for 4 times we use already "fresh" starter.
