Simple, delicious, unusual - try it, you won't regret it! A German friend taught my mother after the war in Kaliningrad.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Mix milk well in a wide bowl with 1 cup of sugar

Cut the loaf into slices of 1.5-2 cm and soak in sweet milk

Mix thinly sliced apples with a second glass of sugar and cinnamon to taste

The miracle stove is well lubricated with vegetable oil and you spread a wet loaf in layers into it (you fill all the voids with pieces of the same loaf) apples and again a loaf.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top, pour out the rest of the milk, close the lid and bake. I do everything by eye

It is only necessary to have sour apples and that the bread is well soaked

It will be ready when the apples are baked
