Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Break eggs into a bowl, add 2 cups of sugar, beat with a mixer or blender. Add a glass of milk, a third of a glass of sunflower oil and mix again.
Step 2:
In a separate container, mix the sifted flour, one and a half teaspoons of soda, one and a half tablespoons of baking powder and 6 tablespoons with a slide of cocoa. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Put the kettle on (we will need a glass of boiling water). Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid and mix. Add a glass of boiling water, mix.
Step 4:
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter. Pour our dough into a bowl. We put the bowl in a slow cooker and turn on the baking mode for 1 hour. After the end, we leave the biscuit in the slow cooker for 15-20 minutes so that it does not settle.
Step 5:
This is how the biscuit turned out, let it cool down a little, in the meantime we make sour cream.
Step 6:
Pour sour cream into a whipping container, add a glass of sugar and vanilla or vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer or blender at high speeds until the sour cream becomes thicker. (I got it in 8 minutes with a mixer)
Step 7:
Cut the sponge cake into cakes.
Step 8:
