Prepare the products according to the list.
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them well with a fork until completely homogeneous.
2. Pour in the milk, add salt and whisk again. The French believe that the omelet mass needs to be whipped for at least 7 minutes - only then you will get a full-fledged fluffy omelet.
3. Grease the molds with butter. Pour the egg mixture into them.
4. Pour water into a steamer and boil it. Place the molds in the bowl of a steamer and cook for 8-10 minutes at a gentle boil.
5. When the omelet becomes lush - it's ready! However, when you open the lid of the steamer, it will settle slightly - this is normal. Serve immediately!
