Broccoli cabbage in a steamer

A light, delicious dish is a great side dish for meat, don't miss it! I really love soy sauce, and therefore, when cooking broccoli in a steamer, I use this recipe. And in general, broccoli from a steamer is just brilliant! The color is very well preserved, and the consistency is pleasant. 10 minutes, as in the recipe, turned out to be the very thing: already soft, but not yet drizzled. Perhaps, of the three recipes with this vegetable that I have done recently, this method of cooking is optimal, better than cooking or stewing. In general, I really like both broccoli and the combination of soy sauce with honey, but somehow I still didn't guess how to combine them.

    Put the cabbage in a steamer (after boiling) and cook for 10 minutes.

    Beat them with a whisk (or fork, but the whisk turns out more homogeneous) and add pepper. You know, in the finished form (after mixing), the cabbage will already be brownish and non-photogenic, so I just dropped a spoonful for the "final" photo. Naturally, in order to be delicious, you need to pour everything out and mix.

Steamed broccoli can be cooked from both fresh cabbage heads and frozen ones. When buying any frozen vegetables, try to buy them in a transparent bag so that the contents and its approximate quality are visible.
Serve broccoli on the table, watering with ready sauce.
As you can see, there is nothing complicated in cooking broccoli according to this recipe, and the use of kitchen appliances greatly facilitates the task.
