Step-by-step cooking
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds.
We collect melon with a spoon-noisette in the form of balls (you can just cut into cubes).
We do the same with watermelon.
Mix 250ml white wine with lemon juice, sugar. Bring to a boil. We put instant gelatin, mix it.
We cool the mass, but do not bring it to solidification.
We put watermelon and melon balls into glasses, pour jelly. Glasses - in the refrigerator.
We decorate the finished dessert with mint leaves.
