Cooking method
1. Pour gelatin into a bowl, fill it with water, let it swell, it will take only 10-15 minutes.
2. Cookies are turned into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.
3. Put the softened butter in the crumbs, mix thoroughly.
4. We put the resulting mass into a detachable mold, distribute it evenly, form a low side, send the mold to the refrigerator so that the base is properly cooled.
5. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, melt the gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath.
6. Combine yogurt with gelatin and sugar, mix.
7. We spread the berries on the base of the cookies, pour yogurt, send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify.
We remove the finished cake from the split mold and serve it on the table.
