Step 1:
Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell according to the instructions.
Step 2:
Melt the gelatin in a water bath or in the microwave. It should not boil, only dissolve.
Step 3:
Chop banana, sugar and vanilla into puree.
Step 4:
Add the protein, avoiding the yolk.
Step 5:
Beat at high speed until lightened and increased in volume for 3-5 minutes. Without stopping whipping, pour in the gelatin and whisk for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 6:
Pour into a creamer and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 7:
If desired, you can put some of the mass in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, put it in a pastry bag and make it beautiful.
Before adding gelatin, try for sugar. Instead of sugar, you can add vanilla sugar or powdered sugar. Ready-made sambuk can be sprinkled with cocoa or chocolate chips before serving.
The cooking time is indicated taking into account the swelling time of gelatin.
